Shipping Information


    1. Please confirm your shipping address before pay for it, you are best to leave the phone number for contacting. Please provide a valid email address and check emails after you have purchased for any updated information.

    2. Items are generally shipped out within 3 working days after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. and most national holidays excluded.).

    3. Free shipping to worldwide by EMS (EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE). We are excited to ship freely to most countries and areas, however, the followings are NOT provided with free shipping offer: Saudi Arabia, Angola, Netherlands, Nigeria, Czech, Kenya, Ukraine, Russia, Croatia, Hungary, Bhutan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Maldives, Mexico, Brazil, Poland, Latvia, Romania, Estonia, South Africa, Bahrain, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and others. Please contact us before payment to confirm whether you are in free shipping areas or not.

    4. Once we ship your package, we will send you tracking number once it available. Package transitting time normally takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination, holidays and factors beyond Postal Service's control. If there is a little delay, please have more patience.


Refund/Exchange

    We take great pride in our reputation for good service, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us via e-mail, we will assist you with an exchange or refund.

    Please return to us within 14 days of receipt. Non-faulty items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and must be in an unused condition. If we find that the product returned to us is not in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the claim for refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% off the selling price from the refund claim.
    Please be aware that postage and packaging fees are not refundable, except the faulty items.

    Faulty items
    Items will be inspected by our Product Assessments team and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defect, our store will refund or replace or replace freely. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.

    Exchange

    * All international returns should be returned to our store within 14 days upon receipt of the order.
    * The shipping charges for international exchanges are to be paid by customer (Unless the fault was caused by us). All duties, taxes, or fees required to be paid for returned items are the sole responsibility of the customer.

    Return instructions
    Please follow the instructions below to return an item:
    Please send us an email to specify the reason for returning at first, our support staff will provide you the shipping address.
    Please take care when unpacking and repacking your products.
    Please enclose a piece of paper includes the following information:

    * Your name registered on our store.
    * Order number
    * Specify the reason for returning the item
    * The email address you use to login to our store.

    Please put this piece of paper, and the product to be returned, into a parcel, and mail to us. Please provide us the tracking number once you have shipped them back. We do not take responsibility for returning goods that are lost in transit. If you are concerned, then we recommend that you send the goods by registered post and retain proof of posting.
